Our President and Founder
Tory Allen founded AccuTax Software Solutions after running his own accounting and tax preparation firm in Mississippi called AmeriTax, headquartered in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Tory had one goal in mind and that was to provide taxpayers with “second to none” accounting, auditing, and tax preparation services. Feeling the need of a better software for tax preparation and a multi-office operation, he felt the need to collaborate with a software developer and upon this union AccuTax Software Solutions was born.
Tory’s track record in the tax business is a force to be reckoned with. With over 20 years of tax preparation, tax knowledge, and studies in Marketing and Accounting from Jackson State University, Tory worked for EconoTax, a popular tax franchise in the State of Mississippi, before venturing out on his own. Tory’s perspicacity, insight, and clever intellect helped the growth of EconoTax from 3 to 12 locations and heightened sales from $80,000.00 to over $500,000.00 within a 3-year time span and as a result of that a new tax franchise, National Tax Centers, came on the scene.
Tory was hand pick from the Rent To Own industry as taking a leadership role in the income tax preparation industry.
Director of Operations
Before joining the AccuTax Family in August of 2009, LaTonya was the Administrator Facilitator for The Mississippi Fusion Center in Pearl, MS. Promoted to Director of Operation in 2010, LaTonya oversees the overall sales and support departments of AccuTax and serves as the Event Coordinator for The Mississippi Annual Tax Conference. Latonya holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Jackson State University.
Software Developer
Joe Mumm joined the AccuTax Family in June of 2012 as a contract developer. Joe has been building Database Solutions for small to medium size businesses for over 15 years. Joe is a direct employee of BCNS Technologies. .
