Return Retrieval

Allows you to retrieve any returns you have submitted to our Electronic Filing Center before being transmitted to the IRS. Return Retrieval is good for offices who have new employees that is new to the tax industry.

Below are some of the examples Return Retrieval:

Transmitted a return at 4pm; the client comes back and says they forgot to add a W-2. Your return is Scheduled to be transmitted at 6pm; if the client comes in before 6pm, Return Retrieval allows you to retrieve the return and add the additional W-2 and retransmit the return.
If you transmitted a return accidentally.
Transmitted a return at 10am; the client comes back and says they need to add or delete a dependent. Your return is scheduled to be transmitted at 12 Noon; if the client comes in before 12 Noon, Return Retrieval allows you to retrieve the return and add or delete the additional dependent and re transmit the return.
